The other morning, I ended up doing sit ups while the girls were watching TV. Katie yelled out, “MOM! What are you doing?” and Maggie looked over and echoed the sentiment. I told them and Katie wanted to know why I was doing sit ups. I explained that I do them so I can get rid of my big belly.

I finished up and got them something to eat. When I handed Maggie hers, she looked at me and said, “it didn’t work.”

The following items are currently lost in my house

Camera – slight possibility it was left in NC or TN after the Polar Express.
Dustpan – you’d think it would be with the broom, right? Yeah, not so much.
TiVo remote – we’ve found a few broken tivo remotes, but not the one we need.

If you know where any of these items are, or have a good idea of where they might be, please let me know!

Why is it that when one child is feeling sick and not wanting to do anything the other one seems to collect all the energy the first one isn’t using?
