The girls love seeing the moon whenever they can, and it seems almost like a contest to see who can find it first at any moment.
One time not too long ago, we were in the car and Katie found the moon. While we drove along, we turned a few times, and the moon disappeared from her window, only to return a few minutes later. She was so excited when it came back and she told Maggie all about it. Maggie, being the older and wiser sister let her know what was going on.
Aunt Kristen, Maggie told her, put a spell on the moon so it would follow us around all the time because she loves us so much. Since she lives far away and can’t be see us all the time, she has the moon keep watch over us and remind us of her.
