Well, we managed to end Princess Camp on a low note. As we were getting ready to leave, Katie’s pinky got shut in one of the outside doors. The poor thing was pretty scary looking when I got it out. And Katie cried so hard and for so long.
Luckily, it isn’t broken, and although it seemed pretty painful for most of yesterday, she apppears to be using it without complaint today. If anything changes, we’ll take another trip to the dr to get it looked at, but for now, I’m sticking with all is well.
Both girls got their hair trimmed yesterday. Katie’s looks so much better! And Maggie’s is still long. The hairdresser said that most of the problems we’ve been having with Maggie’s hair are because of all the chlorine that has built up on her hair. So we’re in search of a great chlorine cleaning shampoo, and hopefully on the path to Maggie taking care of her own hair, which is something we’d all like to see.
