Wow, months have passed and I’ve made no comment on our lives at all.
Both girls made us a bunch of Valentine’s Day things at school. We have handprint art for each of them, and a few other heart shaped or decorated objects. All are taped to the cabinets in the kitchen, so things are looking pretty festive.
It has been life as usual here. The girls love school, Maggie is taking swimming lessons, Katie is talking like a champ– and getting very bossy to boot. The weather has been cold lately; it even snowed over the weekend. Maggie was convinced that snow meant it was Christmas, so she searched the dining room for what Santa might have left.
